Jemma enjoys working with children of all ages and has a particular interest in school-aged children with literacy difficulties.
Jemma graduated from the University of Sydney in 2011 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology). She has worked with both adults and children with a wide variety of communication difficulties across different settings, such as hospitals, schools, and both private and community clinics.
Jemma has found her passion working with children of all ages. She has a special interest in literacy and language, having trained in and taught the early literacy program Ready To Read for preschool age children, as well as providing individual sessions for students from year K through 12. In addition, Jemma is an accomplished high school tutor across a range of subjects. She is also addicted to chocolate!
Jemma is a registered member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) accredited as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist. She is committed to furthering her professional development through regular attendance at courses, workshops and training programs.
